Although requests for information can be made in any form, Wheeling Township would prefer that they be made using the attached Freedom of Information Act Request form.  Complete the form and forward to Wheeling Township, 1616 N. Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights, IL 60004.  One of the above mentioned officers will acknowledge and process your request in the time frame allowed by law.
